c-Jun (Phospho-Ser243)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie cell-based ELISA kit provides a sensitive, lysate-free, high-throughput method for detecting c-Jun phosphorylation at Ser243 in adherent cell samples. Using an indirect ELISA format with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and a colorimetric readout at 450 nm, the assay enables qualitative measurement of phosphorylated c-Jun levels in cultured cells, making it suitable for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators on c-Jun phosphorylation.

The kit is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. A monoclonal GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and Crystal Violet staining is provided for determining cell density to adjust for plating differences.
