C/EBP ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie C/EBP ELISA Sampler Kit enables parallel profiling of multiple CCAAT/Enhancer-Binding Protein (C/EBP) transcription factor isoforms in human serum and plasma samples. C/EBPα, C/EBPβ, C/EBPδ, and C/EBPε coordinate distinct gene-expression programs in adipogenesis, hepatocyte metabolism, inflammatory signaling, and granulocyte maturation, and the sampler format supports comparative studies across these isoforms in metabolic, oncological, and immunological research workflows.

Each kit provides 4x 48 assays in a colorimetric microplate format, with each 48-well plate dedicated to a distinct C/EBP target and using isoform-specific capture antibodies with no significant cross-reactivity to other C/EBP family members. The protocol requires 50 uL of sample per well, and reagents should be stored refrigerated at 2-8 °C, with working antibody stocks aliquoted and frozen at -20 °C to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
