Breast Tumor Kinase Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based, lysate-free ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed to measure breast tumor kinase (PTK6) protein expression in cultured cells. It uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies are detected by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm.

Reactive with human and mouse samples, the assay has a dynamic range of > 5000 cells and is provided as a 96-well microplate format with stated storage at 4°C and 6 months stability. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is provided to determine cell density, allowing absorbance values to be normalized to cell amounts and plating differences to be adjusted.
