Bovine Vimentin (VIM) ELISA Kit

Vimentin (VIM) is a 57 kDa type III intermediate filament protein expressed in mesenchymal cells and widely studied as a marker of epithelial-mesenchymal transition. This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of bovine vimentin in serum and plasma samples, supporting research in cell differentiation, fibrosis, oncology, and tissue remodeling. The assay is supplied as a complete 96-well microplate kit with pre-coated wells, calibrated standards, and detection reagents, validated for in vitro research use only. Reconstituted components should be stored refrigerated at 2-8 °C, while longer term storage of aliquoted reagents is recommended at -20 °C with limited freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
