Bovine Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A (TNFRSF1A) ELISA Kit

The assay recognises both natural and recombinant bovine TNFRSF1A, with a detection range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31.25 pg/mL.

TNFRSF1A is a single-pass type I membrane protein located at the cell membrane and Golgi apparatus membrane. It functions as a receptor for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha, recruiting the adapter molecule FADD and caspase-8 to drive apoptosis, while also activating NF-kappa-B signalling. The kit supports research into neurosciences, autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions and cancer, and is supplied for research use only.
