Bovine Tumor Necrosis Factor Beta (TNFb) ELISA Kit

Lymphotoxin-alpha (LTA), commonly called Tumor Necrosis Factor Beta (TNFb), can be quantitatively measured in bovine samples using this microplate-format immunoassay from Assay Genie. The assay supports detection across tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatant matrices of bovine origin, with absorbance-based readout compatible with standard laboratory plate readers.

TNF-beta participates in inflammatory cascade signaling, lymphoid organ development, and innate immune regulation. Altered TNFb expression has been investigated in bovine respiratory disease, mastitis, and Johne's disease research models, alongside vaccine response and infectious pathogenesis studies in dairy and beef cattle. The kit is intended for in vitro research use only.
