Bovine Somatoliberin (GHRH) ELISA Kit

The Bovine Somatoliberin (GHRH) Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides colorimetric, quantitative detection of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (also called somatocrinin) in cattle serum and plasma. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and produces a measurable signal via an enzyme-substrate reaction read at 450 nm on a standard plate reader. It is intended for in vitro research use only in endocrinology, hypothalamic-pituitary axis studies, and livestock growth physiology research.

Storage and handling: keep sealed components refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C and protect from light. Aliquot standards and serum or plasma samples before storage to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
