Bovine PSPB (Pregnancy Specific Protein B) ELISA Kit

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions across serum (96-104%, 86-97%, 85-102%), EDTA plasma (85-101%, 83-98%, 84-100%), and heparin plasma (82-100%, 82-98%, 82-94%). Recovery averaged 97% for serum (range 87-104%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 85-102%), and 99% for heparin plasma (range 93-103%).

The assay uses a competitive format with antigen-coated wells. The protocol includes biotin-labeled antibody binding at 37°C for 45 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Kits should be stored sealed at 2-8°C and should not be cryopreserved.
