Bovine Osteopontin (OPN) ELISA Kit

Osteopontin (OPN), also called SPP1, is a phosphorylated secreted glycoprotein that participates in bovine bone remodeling, mammary gland function, reproductive cycling, and cellular immune responses. This Assay Genie ELISA kit provides quantitative in vitro measurement of OPN in cattle-derived samples, including serum specimens, plasma preparations, and tissue homogenate samples, supporting research into dairy cow lactation, mastitis progression, lameness, and metabolic conditions in livestock.
