Bovine Oncostatin M (OSM) ELISA Kit

Oncostatin M (OSM) is a pleiotropic cytokine of the IL-6 family that regulates inflammation, hematopoiesis, and bone remodeling in cattle. This Assay Genie kit quantifies bovine OSM in serum samples, plasma samples, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The assay has a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, a sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, and requires 100 µL of sample per well.
