The Assay Genie Bovine MIG/CXCL9 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of the IFN-gamma-inducible chemokine MIG (CXCL9) in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum from cattle. This sandwich-format immunoassay is widely used in veterinary immunology research to characterize Th1-polarized immune responses in infectious disease models, vaccine efficacy studies, and inflammation research involving bovine samples. The capture and detection antibodies are raised against bovine CXCL9, supporting species-specific detection with minimal cross-reactivity to closely related chemokines such as CXCL10 and CXCL11.
