Bovine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta (MIP1b) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie bovine MIP-1β immunoassay provides researchers with a quantitative tool for measuring Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta, a CC chemokine (CCL4) involved in leukocyte chemotaxis and inflammatory signaling, in experimentally derived bovine samples. The kit is supplied as a complete set of reagents in a microplate format, packaged for individual well processing across 96 assays.

Compatible sample matrices include serum samples, plasma samples, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, supporting both in vivo infection or inflammation studies and in vitro cell-based assays of bovine immune responses. The assay uses a colorimetric readout compatible with standard laboratory plate readers, with results expressed as concentration values calculated against a standard curve generated from recombinant bovine MIP-1β reference standards included in the box of reagents.
