Bovine Leptin (LEP) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with bovine samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, recognising both natural and recombinant bovine Leptin.

Performance is defined by a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.069ng/mL, with intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery values supplied with the kit. Optical density is read at 450 nm in a micro-plate reader.
