Bovine Kit ligand (KITLG) ELISA Kit

Kit ligand is a non-covalently linked homodimer that is soluble and secreted. According to the associated UniProt entry it stimulates the proliferation of mast cells, augments the proliferation of myeloid and lymphoid hematopoietic progenitors in bone marrow culture, mediates cell-cell adhesion, and acts synergistically with other cytokines, including interleukins.
