Bovine KISS (Kisspeptin) ELISA Kit

Kisspeptin is a neuropeptide involved in the regulation of reproductive function and puberty. It stimulates the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which controls the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). The kit therefore supports studies of reproductive physiology and disorders in cattle. The assay has a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Detection uses a TMB substrate and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
