Assay Genie's bovine IP-10/CXCL10 immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of the interferon-gamma-inducible chemokine CXCL10 across cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples, supporting veterinary immunology research on chemokine signaling, leukocyte recruitment, and infectious disease response in cattle.

Each microplate accommodates up to 96 assays in a pre-coated two-antibody capture configuration with detection range 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and sensitivity less than 9.375 pg/mL, requiring 100 µL of sample per well. A recombinant bovine CXCL10 standard curve is supplied for accurate interpolation of unknown concentrations.

Reagents should be stored refrigerated at 4 °C; reconstituted standards and unused wells remain stable for short-term repeat measurement within the kit's shelf life.
