Total assay time is approximately 3.5 hours from sample loading to stop reaction, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Unopened kit components are stored refrigerated at 2-8°C; once reconstituted, standards and diluted samples should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
