The microplate-based immunoassay reports a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity near 7.8 pg/mL, and each well uses 100 µL of sample or standard. Reconstituted reagents remain active through several freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted, with working dilutions stored refrigerated and unused stock held frozen at -20 °C.
