Bovine IL-17A DIY ELISA Kit

The DIY configuration supplied by Assay Genie provides the capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant bovine IL-17A standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and wash and assay buffers as separate components, letting experienced users coat their own microplates and tailor plate counts to their experimental design. Each pack supports up to 10 microplates and is intended for research use only, measuring the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-17A in bovine serum samples, plasma samples, or cell-culture supernatant. A 100 µL sample volume is loaded per well, and the recombinant standard is supplied lyophilised in a vial that should be reconstituted before first use and stored frozen for long-term stability, with limited freeze-thaw cycles recommended. The kit supports quantification of cytokine release in cattle vaccine response studies, mastitis models, and bovine respiratory disease research, and the reagents also enable work on stimulated bovine peripheral blood mononuclear cells for mechanistic Th17 response investigation.
