Bovine IL-13 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0191)

The bovine IL-13 target is a Th2-polarizing cytokine implicated in allergic airway inflammation, eosinophil recruitment and mucosal immune regulation in cattle, which makes quantitative measurement valuable for veterinary immunology, respiratory disease research and vaccine efficacy studies.

Each Assay Genie kit is built around a pre-coated microplate and includes a biotinylated detection antibody, calibrated cytokine standards and assay buffer configured for a standard curve-based workflow. A 100 uL sample volume is recommended per well, and the assay is intended for use with serum or plasma samples, as well as conditioned cell culture media harvested from in vitro experiments.

Reagents are shipped refrigerated and should be stored at 4 degrees C until first use; components must be protected from light and the standard and detection antibody should be kept from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The microplate is configured for single use, with all ancillary reagents supplied in vials sized for one complete assay.
