Manufactured by Assay Genie, this bovine IL-10 ELISA kit is a sandwich, double-antibody assay with colorimetric detection, intended for the quantitative measurement of interleukin-10 in bovine samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Recovery averages 94% in serum (range 88–98%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 89–100%), and 99% in heparin plasma (range 95–105%).
