The Bovine IFN-gamma PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies interferon-gamma, a cytokine secreted by activated T lymphocytes and natural killer cells that mediates cell-mediated immunity in cattle. This assay supports veterinary immunology workflows including vaccine efficacy evaluation, characterization of responses to Mycobacterium bovis infection, and immune competence profiling in livestock populations.

Each kit provides a microplate pre-coated with bovine IFN-gamma capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, and TMB substrate.
