Reported sensitivity is 0.469 ug/mL with a working range of 0.781-50 ug/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. Linearity in serum (n=5) spans 90-103%, 88-101% and 85-105% across serial dilutions, with EDTA plasma (n=5) at 88-99%, 84-99%, 83-100% and heparin plasma (n=5) at 84-94%, 80-96%, 81-97%.
