Bovine Growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein GADD45 gamma (GADD45G) ELISA Kit

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Recovery in serum averages 88% (range 82–94%) and in plasma averages 90% (range 84–96%). Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
