The recommended workflow equilibrates reagents to room temperature, then loads standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate for a 90-minute incubation at 37°C. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is added for 60 minutes at 37°C, followed by HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added. All kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
