Bovine Fibroblast Growth Factor 9 (FGF9) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Bovine FGF9 ELISA Kit is calibrated for quantitative measurement of Fibroblast Growth Factor 9 in cattle samples, supporting research into ovarian folliculogenesis, embryonic development, lung branching morphogenesis, and cartilage or wound healing studies. The assay is built on a sandwich-format immunoassay with HRP-TMB colorimetric readout, and it is validated against recombinant bovine FGF9 with no significant cross-reactivity with rat or human FGF homologs. The procedure uses a 50 uL sample volume per well on a removable-strip plate, allowing flexible run sizes. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be stored refrigerated and protected from light, while the plate equilibrates to room temperature before pipetting.
