Bovine Estriol (E3) ELISA Kit

Validated sample types include serum, plasma (EDTA or heparin), tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Performance specifications include a detection range of 3.12-200 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 1.34 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated at serial dilutions (N=5): serum at 1:2 (103-113%), 1:4 (94-107%), 1:8 (109-120%) and 1:16 (91-100%); EDTA plasma at 1:2 (102-112%), 1:4 (108-117%), 1:8 (83-93%) and 1:16 (91-101%); heparin plasma at 1:2 (97-109%), 1:4 (101-111%), 1:8 (103-113%) and 1:16 (106-115%). The assay recognises natural and recombinant general estriol.
