Bovine Deoxyribonuclease I (DNASE1) ELISA Kit

DNASE1 (also called DNase I) is a 31 kDa calcium- and magnesium-activated endonuclease that researchers study for its role in apoptotic DNA fragmentation, extracellular DNA clearance, and reduced activity associated with systemic lupus erythematosus in cattle. The assay supplied by Assay Genie includes a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody, ready-to-use standard dilutions, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate.

Each run requires a small sample volume of 50 ul per well, with reagents equilibrated to room temperature before use. Unopened kit components should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C protected from light until the expiration date printed on the label; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
