Bovine Cyclic AMP-dependent transcription factor ATF-1 (ATF1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Bovine ATF1 Sandwich ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of cyclic AMP-dependent transcription factor ATF-1 in bovine serum and plasma samples using a colorimetric microplate reader. ATF-1 is a basic leucine zipper transcription factor phosphorylated by protein kinase A (PKA) downstream of cAMP signaling, and is widely studied in gene regulation, hormone response, and oncology research.

The kit is supplied as a complete 96-well microplate format with pre-coated plates, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, standards, and wash buffer. Each run typically requires 100 µl of sample and standards. Reconstituted reagents and unused strips should be stored at 2-8 °C, while longer-term storage of concentrated components at -20 °C is recommended. Bring all reagents to room temperature before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard.
