Bovine CXCL9 (MIG) DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of the IFN-γ-inducible chemokine CXCL9, also known as MIG (monokine induced by gamma interferon), in bovine research samples. This DIY-format ELISA kit is supplied as a reagent set including capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant CXCL9 standard, and streptavidin-HRP, allowing the researcher to coat a microplate and assemble the assay in the laboratory. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for up to 10 plates when prepared by the user.
