Bovine CD40 ligand (CD40LG) ELISA Kit

CD40 ligand is a cytokine that binds CD40/TNFRSF5 and costimulates T-cell proliferation and cytokine production; release of soluble CD40L from platelets is partially regulated by GP IIb/IIIa, actin polymerization and a matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhibitor-sensitive pathway. The bovine protein (UniProt P51749) has a reported molecular weight of 29,243 Da and acts as a homotrimer that interacts with CD28.
