Bovine BOLA-DQA2 (Bos taurus major histocompatibility complex class II DQ alpha 2) ELISA Kit

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563-100 ng/mL. Standards and samples are incubated on a pre-coated capture antibody plate, followed by binding of a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin, with signal generated using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.

Linearity performance is reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, and spike-and-recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C, with selected components also indicated for storage at -20°C for longer term, according to the kit instructions.
