Bovine Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) ELISA Kit

ACE is a key enzyme of the renin-angiotensin system that converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II, regulating blood pressure and fluid balance; it can also inactivate the vasodilator bradykinin and possesses glycosidase activity that releases GPI-anchored proteins. The kit supports research into cardiovascular and renal conditions linked to ACE dysregulation.

The assay is reactive with bovine samples and is specific for natural and recombinant bovine ACE. The reported sensitivity is 0.65 ng/mL and the detection range is 1.56–100 ng/mL.
