Bovine Adrenomedullin (ADM) ELISA Kit

Adrenomedullin (ADM) is a 52-amino acid vasoactive peptide recognized for its roles in vasodilation, angiogenesis, and fluid-electrolyte balance across mammalian species. In bovine research, ADM is investigated in cardiovascular regulation, renal physiology, sepsis biomarkers, and reproductive endocrinology, where a species-matched immunoassay is required for accurate quantification.

This Assay Genie kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant bovine ADM standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, stop reagent, sample buffer, and adhesive plate sealer. The standard curve supports quantitative interpolation against a recombinant bovine calibrator in pg/mL.

A 50 uL sample volume is loaded per well; whole-blood derivatives should be collected under standard anticoagulant protocols and cleared by centrifugation at 1000 x g prior to dilution. Total assay incubation runs approximately 2.5 hours at room temperature. Unopened kits are stored at 4°C, while reconstituted standards are aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw loss.
