Bovine 11-Dehydrothromboxane B2 (11DHTXB2) ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of 11-Dehydrothromboxane B2 (11DHTXB2) in bovine samples. 11DHTXB2 is produced from the breakdown of thromboxane A2 and is released by activated platelets, making the assay a useful tool for research into platelet activation and inflammation in cardiovascular disease, thrombosis, and related inflammatory conditions in bovine models.

The assay operates across a detection range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL with a reported sensitivity of 5.5 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Linearity has been assessed for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Intra-assay and inter-assay precision values, together with recovery data, are provided with the kit. For research use only.
