BCAR1 (Phospho-Tyr410)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a fluorometric Cell-Based Phospho ELISA Kit designed to monitor phosphorylation of BCAR1 at Tyr410 directly in cultured cells without the need for lysate preparation. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies are detected with dye-conjugated secondary antibodies, enabling high-throughput, sensitive measurement of relative phosphorylated BCAR1 levels. It is suitable for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (including siRNA or chemicals) and activators on BCAR1 phosphorylation.

The assay is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated BCAR1 counterpart is provided for additional normalization. Fluorescence is read on two channels at Ex/Em 651/667 nm and 495/521 nm. The dynamic range is greater than 5000 cells, and the kit is stored at 4 °C with a stated stability of 6 months.
