B-RAF Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Using a lysate-free, indirect ELISA format, the kit captures B-RAF via target-specific primary antibodies, with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies binding the Fc region of the primary antibody. Substrate addition triggers a colorimetric reaction catalysed by HRP. For data normalization, a monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
