Autophagy Vesicle Elongation (Atg12 Conjugation) ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie Autophagy Vesicle Elongation (Atg12 Conjugation) ELISA Sampler Kit enables quantitative profiling of the ubiquitin-like Atg12 conjugation cascade, a central driver of phagophore elongation during macroautophagy. The 3 x 48 assay configuration supplies pre-coated microplate strips for parallel measurement of free Atg12, the Atg12-Atg5 conjugate, and related conjugation intermediates in human research samples, using 50 uL per well. A standard curve range of approximately 0.312 to 20 ng/mL supports detection of physiologically relevant conjugate levels, with reported assay sensitivity near 0.156 ng/mL. The colorimetric readout is captured on a standard plate reader after a single substrate incubation. Reconstituted standards and detection antibodies are kept refrigerated for short-term use, with long-term storage at -80 degrees C; reagents should be protected from light and subjected to limited freeze-thaw cycles.
