Autophagy ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie Autophagy ELISA Sampler Kit supports researchers profiling multiple autophagy-related targets in human samples from a single procurement. The 6-plate, 48-well-per-plate configuration lets a lab benchmark a panel of six analytes across independent experiments, covering pathway studies of LC3 conversion, Beclin-1 regulation, and p62/SQSTM1 turnover without committing to a full-size individual kit per target.

Each plate is configured for colorimetric readout on a standard microplate reader, and the included reagents are intended for in vitro research use only. For best stability, unopened components are stored refrigerated and protected from light; reconstituted standards must be aliquoted and held frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
