AurA (Phospho-Thr288)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Phospho Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of Aurora A kinase (AURKA) phosphorylation at Thr288 in cultured cells. Using an indirect ELISA format with Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies, the assay delivers a fluorometric readout without the need for lysate preparation, supporting high-throughput and sensitive screening of relative phosphorylation levels.

Two normalization strategies are integrated: a monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH serves as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, while an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of AurA enables normalization of phospho-AurA RFU values against total AurA. The kit is suitable for measuring relative amounts of phosphorylated AurA in cultured cells and for assessing the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on AurA phosphorylation.
