ATRIP Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the quantification of ATRIP (ATR Interacting Protein) levels in cell samples, using a colorimetric detection method measured at 450 nm. The assay is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, is formatted as a 96-well microplate, and has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.

The kit is lysate-free and employs an indirect ELISA format, in which ATRIP is captured by ATRIP-specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density so that plating differences can be adjusted. The kit can be used both to measure the relative amounts of ATRIP in cultured cells and to screen for the effects of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on ATRIP.

Storage is at 4°C with a stability of 6 Months. The assay is positioned for research in molecular biology, genetics, and cancer research, reflecting ATRIP's role in the DNA damage response pathway and in maintaining genomic stability.
