ATP-Citrate Lyase Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit enables the colorimetric measurement of ATP-Citrate Lyase in cell lysates and tissue homogenates, with sample compatibility for adherent cells. It is a lysate-free, high-throughput assay built on an indirect ELISA format, in which ATP-Citrate Lyase-specific primary antibodies capture the target and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

Reactivity has been validated for human, mouse, and rat samples, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is provided in a 96-well microplate format and is stored at 4°C for up to 6 months.
