ATF3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables the qualitative measurement of ATF3 protein expression in cultured cells. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a 96-well plate format. Detection follows an indirect ELISA approach: ATF3 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, catalysing a colour reaction upon substrate addition.

ATF3 is a transcription factor of the mammalian activation transcription factor/cAMP-responsive element-binding (CREB) protein family. It participates in cellular stress response, cell differentiation and apoptosis, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammation and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for related research.
