Atezolizumab (Tecentriq®)Free drug ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie colorimetric ELISA kit is a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle. It is developed for the quantitative analysis of free Atezolizumab (Tecentriq®) in serum and plasma samples and is optimized with Tecentriq®.

Standards and samples are incubated in microtiter plate wells coated with the reactant for atezolizumab. After washing, a horse radish peroxidase-conjugated probe is added to bind atezolizumab captured on the well surface. Following further incubation and washing, bound enzymatic activity is detected with tetramethylbenzidine chromogen substrate, and the reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. The developed colour is proportional to the amount of atezolizumab in the sample or standard, allowing results to be determined directly using the standard curve.

The listed assay parameters are a required sample volume of 10 µL, a total time of 70 Minutes, a detection limit of 30 ng/mL and spike recovery of 85-115%. The stated shelf life is 1 year.
