APC (Phospho-Ser2054)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for studying phosphorylation of APC at Ser2054 in adherent cell samples. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which phospho-specific primary antibodies capture the target, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm.
