APC Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for measuring APC protein expression in cultured adherent cells using a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. The assay employs an indirect ELISA format in which APC-specific primary antibodies are bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, and the conjugated HRP catalyses a colour change upon substrate addition. Described as lysate-free and high-throughput, the kit is suited to screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (e.g. siRNA or chemicals) or activators on APC expression in cells.

Reactivity is reported for human, mouse and rat samples, with a stated dynamic range of greater than 5000 cells per well.
