AOS1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based ELISA kit enables the qualitative determination of AOS1 protein expression in cultured cells. It uses an indirect ELISA format in which AOS1-specific primary antibodies capture the target while HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm, allowing a lysate-free and high-throughput workflow on adherent cells.

The kit is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is specified with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining reagents are provided to adjust absorbance readings to cell density.
