Anti-Ustekinumab (Stelara®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this qualitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit detects specific anti-Ustekinumab (Stelara®) anti-drug antibodies in human serum and plasma. It uses a colorimetric sandwich assay in which sample antibodies are captured by Ustekinumab-coated microtiter wells, followed by a peroxidase-labelled conjugate, washing, TMB chromogen-substrate and an acidic stop solution. The reaction changes from blue to yellow, and optical density is measured at “450/650 nm”.
