Anti-Trastuzumab (Herceptin®, Herclon®)ADA Quantitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie’s colorimetric ELISA is intended for the quantitative determination of anti-trastuzumab antibodies in serum and plasma and is for research use only. The stated detection limit is "30 (ng/mL)", with spike recovery of "85-115%".

The solid-phase sandwich ELISA incubates controls and samples in microtiter wells coated with trastuzumab, then uses a horse radish peroxidase-conjugated probe and chromogen-substrate to detect bound enzymatic activity. An acidic stop solution terminates the reaction, and the developed colour is proportional to the amount of anti-trastuzumab antibodies in the sample or controls. Results can be evaluated using a cut-off value.
