Anti-Trastuzumab (Herceptin®, Herclon®)ADA Qualitative ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's qualitative ELISA is intended for free-drug applications and research use only. It detects anti-trastuzumab antibodies in serum and plasma using a colorimetric, solid-phase sandwich ELISA format.

The workflow uses a trastuzumab-coated microtiter plate, an HRP-conjugated probe, TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution. Results can be evaluated using a cut-off value. The stated detection limit is “30” ng/mL, with spike recovery of “85-115%”.
